Tunic Tailored from grey-green wool, this Cold War-era service tunic features a four-pocket design with silver-toned pebbled aluminum buttons and light-blue (türkis) piping along the cuffs and collar back. The collar is fitted with silver-embroidered LSK/LV Air Force collar tabs (Kragenspiegel) on light-blue wool backings. The light-blue piped shoulder boards are constructed from flat silver cord, indicating a junior officer rank within the East German Air Force (Luftstreitkräfte/Luftverteidigung). The interior lining displays clear black ink property stamps reading NVA 1850 (Nationale Volksarmee) alongside size code m 52 and date/factory markings 1/L (indicating manufacture in 1987). A paper garment issue tag remains sewn to the upper sleeve seam. The tunic is in very good condition overall, showing minor handling wear, light surface lint, and clean interior lining throughout. OT
