This original Danish Police (Rigspolitiet) service tunic is tailored from dark navy wool in the regulation four-pocket dress pattern with gilt buttons and matching shoulder boards. The left breast bears the original gilt Danish Police badge displaying the crowned royal emblem, while the shoulder boards are faced in green cloth and secured with gilt buttons. The interior manufacturer's label identifies J. Jensen Skorup Aarhus A/S and records issue to Pbtj. 7064 J.G. Petersen of Esbjerg, dated July 1967, together with detailed sizing information. The tunic remains complete with its original insignia and hardware, exhibiting only light service wear and minor storage creasing. It is an excellent example of a Cold War-era Danish police service uniform. Measures approximately a 44" chest. OT
