270. Remington Mountain Man Bronze Sculpture This striking cast bronze sculpture after Frederic Remington’s iconic work, "The Mountain Man," depicts a trapper in fringed buckskin navigating his horse down a treacherous, steep incline. The dynamic figure features a rich, dark brown patina and rests on a polished black marble base with distinct white veining. The piece bears the cast signature "Frederic Remington" along the side of the rocky bronze terrain. The sculpture retains its delicate wire reins and appears in very good display condition with no obvious flaws or missing elements. Including the marble base, the piece measures approximately 13 inches tall, 9 inches long from tip to tail, and 4 inches wide at its widest point. See photos for full details.
