A decorative reproduction of a nineteenth-century field gun constructed from solid cast brass. The model features a tapered barrel with reinforcement bands, a touch hole, and a globose cascable mounted on a mobile carriage with spoke wheels. Visible sand-casting texture on the underside indicates mid-to-late twentieth-century manufacture for use as a desk accessory or decoration.Total length: 7 inchesThe piece is in good condition with a natural aged brass patina and scattered surface oxidation. Minor defects include small white paint flecks on the barrel, surface scratches, and a missing screw on the right side of the carriage.
