Produced by Rosenthal-Netter Inc, this mid-century modern cast brass candle holder is modeled in the form of a fish with a reticulated openwork body designed to filter light. The piece features a solid-cast head and fins with a large fan tail and includes a removable circular base plate equipped with a central candle spike. The upper dorsal fin is pierced for optional hanging as a lantern.Length: 12 inchesHeight: 6.5 inches.The item is in good vintage condition with surface wear consistent with age, including scattered tarnish, light oxidation, and minor pitting to the brass. The removable base is present and structurally sound.
