A collection of International China stoneware tableware and kitchenware pieces decorated in the Heartland pattern. Each piece features a transfer-printed country folk-art motif depicting stylised rural houses in shades of blue, yellow, and red, interspersed with trees, farm animals including cows, pigs, chickens, and rabbits, and a border of sleeping cats on floral vines. The bodies display a characteristic speckled cream and beige glaze with brown-lined rims. The undersides bear a black backstamp consisting of a semi-circular arch over the text Inter-national STONEWARE JAPAN. The assortment includes a large pitcher, a teapot with lid, graduated kitchen storage canisters with lids, a covered sugar bowl, a creamer jug, salt and pepper shakers, a covered butter dish with a base plate, and a two-piece French butter keeper. Dimensions: Large pitcher height approx. 19 cm (read from a visible inch scale). Condition: The pieces are in generally good, clean condition with no visible chips, cracks, or apparent restoration.
