This handsome original late 19th-century Victorian cabinet card photograph features a sharp double studio portrait depicting two well-dressed gentlemen in three-piece suits with visible pocket watch chains, posed alongside classical studio props and greenery. Produced by the prominent photographer Mahan in Oamaru, New Zealand, this piece offers strong international appeal for collectors of early photography, New Zealand regional history, Victorian fashion, and formal mens portraiture.
