AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP > A group of 3 vintage Nordic Ware aluminum baking pans, including two matching Bundt cake pans and one No. 206 muffin ~ cupcake ~ tart pan. 1 > Two matching vintage Nordic Ware Bundt cake pans, formed in substantial aluminum with deeply spiraled fluting, scalloped outer profiles and center tube openings. The interiors retain a warm copper-tone finish, while the exteriors show the natural silver-tone aluminum surface. These classic heavy-gauge Nordic Ware forms were designed for full-size Bundt cakes and molded desserts. 2 > One vintage Nordic Ware No. 206 heavy cast aluminum muffin ~ cupcake ~ tart pan, measuring 10" x 12", with 12 deeply fluted individual baking cups arranged in three rows of four. The substantial cast construction and ribbed wells are suited for muffins, cupcakes, tartlets and other individual molded desserts. A useful vintage Nordic Ware grouping with both full-size ring cake forms and individual baking capacity. Nordic Ware was founded in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1946 by Dave and Dotty Dalquist, initially producing Scandinavian specialty cookware from the basement of their home. During the early 1950s, Dave Dalquist designed the company’s distinctive fluted ring cake pan and coined the trademarked name Bundt. The form became an American kitchen icon after a Bundt cake placed highly in the 1966 Pillsbury Bake-Off, creating nationwide demand for the pan. Nordic Ware remains family owned and continues manufacturing the majority of its cookware and bakeware in Minneapolis. CONDITION REPORT > As discovered, not cleaned or altered. Bundt cake pans exhibit elements relative to prior kitchen use ~ Muffin pan appears quite pristine.
