AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP > A large Gorham Heritage silverplate punch bowl standing 8.5" tall, measuring 14.5" in diameter to the scalloped border, accompanied by a 12.5 in. long double-spout punch ladle. As a set, weighing an impressive -4- pounds. A substantial and impressive serving piece, the bowl features deep vertical fluting, a broad scalloped rim and raised pedestal foot. Underside is, incised lettering reads GORHAM Heritage E P YH41. The matching ladle is marked to the underside handle, GORHAM Heritage E P YH274. Gorham, founded in Providence, Rhode Island in 1831, became one of the best-known names in American silver. This discontinued Heritage silverplate pattern reflects the company’s later 20th-century production, combining traditional silver service with a cleaner, more versatile fluted design. Ideal for holiday punch, weddings, receptions, parties and formal entertaining, this oversized bowl also works beautifully as a champagne or wine cooler, fruit bowl, floral centerpiece or decorative table centerpiece. The matching double-spout ladle completes the presentation and makes this a particularly attractive full serving set. CONDITION REPORT > As discovered, not cleaned or altered.
