AVAILABLE FOR SHIPPING or LOCAL PICKUP > Four-piece coffee service group consisting of two white porcelain Harrods Knightsbridge cups and saucers accompanied by an ornate Jerusalem souvenir spoon. TWO > Identical Harrods Knightsbridge coffee cups and saucers, all in white glazed porcelain with molded fluted decoration. The cups carry the brown Harrods KNIGHTSBRIDGE logo to the exterior. One cup retains portions of the original clear cellophane overwrap along with a Harrods sticker positioned at the interior rim. Underside marks read LA PORCELLANA LTD LONDON ~ FOR ANDRONICAS COFFEE LTD. Andronicas has long been associated with specialty coffee in London, making the pairing appropriate as promotional or café service ware. ONE > Jerusalem souvenir spoon, formed in silver-tone metal with a highly ornate twisted handle terminating in a raised Jerusalem Cross beneath a five-point star. The reverse carries a faint JERUSALEM mark. Similar Holy Land souvenir spoons were produced for travelers and pilgrims, with the Jerusalem Cross serving as a traditional symbol associated with Jerusalem and Christian pilgrimage. The group combines London department-store coffee service with a decorative Holy Land souvenir spoon, suitable for use or display with Harrods, coffee, travel or Jerusalem memorabilia. CONDITION REPORT > Overall, well preserved examples. One cup retains portions of the original cellophane overwrap and Harrods sticker.
