Pick Up Day Information

Please come prepared for pickup. We do not always have extra boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, or other packing materials available at the pickup location, so bidders should bring their own boxes and packing supplies to safely transport their purchases. Winning bidders are solely responsible for dismantling, moving, and loading all purchased items. Please bring any necessary labor, tools, dollies, straps, blankets, or other equipment needed to remove large or heavy items. Grasons staff assistance is extremely limited. If staff are available to assist, any requested help will begin at a minimum $10 fee, with additional charges depending on the size, weight, and complexity of the item. Before leaving the pickup, all local winning bidders are required to inspect their purchases. Your items and invoice will be staged on the pickup table prior to your arrival. Please verify that all items have been received and are in the condition you expected before signing your invoice. By signing the invoice, you acknowledge that you have inspected and accepted your items, and that your order has been received in full.
