All shipping is fulfilled by Spanish Trail Mail Depot in Tucson. After each auction closes, all shipping orders are transported to the shipping provider on or by the following Wednesday. For example, if an auction closes on a Wednesday, shipping items will not be delivered to the shipping provider until the following Wednesday. Once the items have been received, Spanish Trail Mail Depot will contact winning bidders directly to arrange payment and shipment. Commercial shipping rates are often significantly higher than standard consumer shipping rates due to the cost of professional packing materials, fuel, insurance, and fair compensation for skilled labor. Bidders are strongly encouraged to request a shipping estimate from Spanish Trail Mail Depot before placing bids, especially for large, heavy, oversized, awkward, or highly fragile items, as these require additional materials, handling, and care and can substantially increase shipping costs.
