Diamonds & Natural Wild Pearls, Circa 1860-1880 . 5.2*3.28cm Wt:17.69g Victorian cameo brooch, circa 1860-1880, crafted in high-carat gold accented with polychrome enamel. Centred with a finely carved female profile portrait, surrounded by old-cut diamonds and natural wild pearls. Decorated with foliate-bow motif at upper part.
