This lot comprises three vintage brooches of varying designs. The first is a hand-painted porcelain floral brooch featuring small clusters of blue and pink flowers set against five broad green leaves. The reverse is fitted with a circular brass plate incised with the signature Dorothy Ann over BONE CHINA, and stamped MADE IN ENGLAND. It is equipped with a simple C-clasp pin mechanism. The second is a gold-tone openwork wreath brooch in a leaf spray motif, accented by marquise-cut and baguette-cut Aurora Borealis rhinestones that exhibit an iridescent finish. The third is a silver-tone brooch designed as a ribbon bow atop a descending foliate spray, set with faceted oval emerald green rhinestones and small round clear rhinestone accents. Dimensions measured from ruler in images: Porcelain brooch: 4.8 cm (diameter). Condition: The porcelain brooch shows several significant chips to the edges of the green leaves and minor surface nicks to the flower petals. The gold-tone and silver-tone brooches appear to be in good vintage condition with light surface wear to the metal finishes; all rhinestones appear present and securely set.
