This lot features three vintage mid-century costume jewelry brooches in gold-tone metal. The first brooch is a stylized sunburst design with a central cluster of nine white faux pearls within a filigree frame. Radiating from the center are twelve trumpet-shaped settings, each tipped with a teardrop-shaped glass cabochon in ruby red, sapphire blue, emerald green, amber, yellow, and amethyst purple. The brooch is assembled with hand-wired construction on a perforated circular plate. The second piece is a tiered starburst brooch featuring marquise-cut glass rhinestones in emerald and peridot green tones, accented by round-cut green stones at the center and held in dog-tooth prong settings. The third is a floral cluster brooch composed of peridot-toned green marquise and round-cut glass rhinestones forming flower petals around navy blue round-cut rhinestone centers. Each brooch is fitted with a straight pin and a safety rolling C-clasp. Condition: The sunburst brooch is in very good condition with all stones and pearls present and secure; light surface wear is visible on the metal. The green starburst brooch is in good condition with stones intact and bright; the metal finish shows minor wear. The floral cluster brooch is in good condition with all stones present, though the gold-tone finish on the reverse shows areas of tarnish.
