Imperial Russian Navy Officer's Dirk (Model 1914), a traditional dress dagger carried by naval officers during the late Russian Empire. Dimension : the blade is16 1/4"L,the overall is 21 1/2"L. The hilt features a smooth ivory-colored or bone grip with a rectangular cross-section. It has a simple brass S-shaped crossguard (quillons) curving in opposite directions. The pommel finished with a simple brass cap or ferrule. On many authentic period models, this cap features the engraved monogram of Tsar Nicholas II. : The locket and center band both feature suspension rings used to clip the dagger to an officer’s dress uniform belt.
