Dimension:14 1/4"x 5 3/4". an all-metal flintlock belt pistol characterized by its distinct "ram's horn" butt layout. The S-shaped cock (hammer) holds a piece of sharpened flint wrapped in a protective leather or lead shim, secured tightly by the top jaw screw.The Frizzen & Pan: The L-shaped frizzen sits directly over the priming pan. When fired, the flint strikes the frizzen, creating sparks and throwing it open to ignite the gunpowder within the pan.
