Vintage wood bar cabinet and buffet server with an expandable flip-top design, richly figured brown finish, molded case edges, two upper utility drawers, and lower paneled cabinet doors accented with decorative metal hardware. The hinged top sections open outward to reveal a broad black laminate serving surface, making the piece especially useful as a dry bar, cocktail station, or dining-room server; this flip-top configuration was widely used by quality American furniture makers on mid- to late-20th-century entertainment pieces. The lower case provides generous enclosed storage, while the figured door panels and traditional hardware give the cabinet a more decorative, formal appearance than many streamlined bar servers of the period. Condition is fair and in need of repair, with scattered finish losses, chips, scratches, abrasions, and wear to the top and edges; the drawer requires repair, the right-side cabinet door will not remain closed, and portions of the hardware are loose. Additional wear and separation are visible around the hinged top and door edges. Despite these issues, the cabinet retains strong decorative appeal and its desirable expandable serving configuration. Measures 32"H x 40.5"W x 18"D with toop closed.
