Decorative maritime-themed triple-dial wall clock made in a deliberately late-Victorian style, the broad shaped plaque finished in deep red with black molded borders and hand-painted-style gilt lettering reading “BRISTOL SHIPPING CO” across the crest. Three separate round clock dials are arranged across the front and labeled “NEW YORK,” “LONDON,” and “1892 VICTORIA,” each with cream-toned faces, bold black Roman numerals, ornate pierced hands, and antiqued brass-tone bezels, creating the appearance of a 19th-century shipping office timepiece displaying the hours in major international ports. Despite the prominently painted date “1892,” this form appears to be a later decorative reproduction rather than an original 1892 commercial clock; a nearly identical example was cataloged by Wessex Auction Rooms in 2025 as a “Victorian-style painted three-dial clock” by Dewberry London, measuring approximately 65 cm wide by 40 cm high, with the same London, New York and Victoria dial arrangement. The present example retains an appealing aged decorative surface with intentionally distressed and shaded paintwork, scattered surface wear, light scratches, small nicks and rubbing to the black frame and red-painted field, and visible age-toning to the clock faces; working condition of the individual clock movements is unknown and should be verified prior to sale. Particularly attractive as nautical, pub, office, or industrial-style wall décor, with a strong graphic presentation and unusual three-clock configuration. Measures 16"H x 25.5"W.
