A statement adjustable ring featuring a large freeform green turquoise nugget cabochon with natural matrix veining and small darker inclusions, held by four sculpted prongs shaped as stylized fishtails or feathers. Each shoulder of the mount is stamped with a stylized lizard figure in low relief, giving the piece a totemic, tribal aesthetic. The shank has an open, split back for adjustable sizing, allowing the ring to be gently spread or squeezed to fit. Interior of the shank is stamped SILVER (not stamped sterling or 925); assumed to be a lower-grade silver alloy rather than .925 sterling. Face approx 1.14 x 0.81 in.; shank base size approx 7, adjustable roughly one size in either direction; weight 13g. Condition: light overall wear consistent w/ age; open-back adjustable shank intact and free of cracks; prongs secure and holding the stone firmly; turquoise nugget shows natural matrix and small surface pits inherent to the material with no fresh chips visible; lizard shoulder stamps remain crisp and legible.
