A dense, tailored collar-length necklace by designer Charles Winston, signed CW, in the marcasite-set sterling tradition he is best known for. The band is built from a continuous double row of stylized heart-and-diamond links, each fully pave-set with hundreds of tiny faceted marcasite stones in beaded milgrain frames and centered on square pyramidal marcasite cabochons. Beaded ball accents fill the transitions between links, and the piece secures at the back with a tongue-and-box clasp with fold-over safety catch, the housing clearly stamped 925 and CW for Charles Winston. Overall length approx 17 in.; link width approx 0.49 in.; total weight 63g. Condition: light overall patina and minor surface wear consistent w/ age and normal wear; all marcasite stones appear present and secure in their bezels with no visible losses, chips, or loose settings in the provided images; articulated links move freely with no visible bends, breaks, or missing pins; clasp closes securely and safety catch engages properly.
