A delicate vintage lavalier-style pendant necklace in the Edwardian / early Art Deco taste. An open kite-shaped gold-tone filigree frame with pierced lattice work centers on a bezel-set oval faceted light blue glass stone, flanked by a slender applied wheat-leaf drop above and matching leaves inside the frame. The pendant hangs from a fine textured serpentine-style gold-tone chain closing with a small spring-ring clasp. No metal-content or maker hallmarks are visible on the pendant, chain, or clasp — the piece is unmarked and the gold color appears to be plating rather than solid karat gold; buyer to verify. Pendant approx 1.18 in. length x 0.57 in. width including bail; chain length approx 18 in. total. Condition: overall light patina and small areas of surface wear to the plating consistent w/ age; center blue glass stone secure in its bezel and free of visible chips or cracks; filigree frame intact with no bends or breaks; chain flexible with no kinks; spring-ring clasp opens and closes properly. All items are sold as-is.
