Vintage Gulf, Mobile & Ohio Railroad steel padlock manufactured by Slaymaker in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The shackle is stamped "G.M.&O. R.R." for the Gulf, Mobile & Ohio Railroad and bears identification number 046. The front displays the Slaymaker diamond trademark, "Lanc. Pa. U.S.A.,? and “Made in U.S.A.? Includes the pictured key. The lock has been tested and works. Approximately 3 inches high x 2.5 inches wide. Exhibits age-appropriate oxidation, scratches, discoloration, and surface wear. Circa 1940–1972.
