Hallmark Aviation Ornaments and Militaria Lot

A ten-piece aviation and military grouping built around four boxed collector ornaments. (1) Hallmark Keepsake The Flight at Kitty Hawk, first in the Sky's the Limit series, in its original box. (2) Hallmark Keepsake 1917 Curtiss JN-4D Jenny from the same series, boxed. (3) Hallmark Keepsake Curtiss R3C-2 Seaplane, boxed. (4) An Enesco Precious Moments ornament of a boy pilot in a red plane, boxed. (5) A Russ Bears From The Past bear seated in a toy airplane, with its box. (6) A folk-art biplane built from a spark plug with sheet brass wings and propeller. (7) A brass padlock embossed U.S., about 2 inches tall, no key. (8) and (9) Two embroidered patches, one round blue patch with a gold numeral 5 over a winged star in the Fifth Air Force pattern, one blue shield with a gold winged sea creature holding a trident. (10) An enameled unit crest pin in a small plastic case, red and gold with blue scrolls reading THE RIGHT OF THE LINE; the consignor note called this a King of Beasts pin, which is not what the pin says. Hallmark Keepsake ornaments kept in the original box consistently bring more than loose examples, and these boxes are all present. Boxes show shelf wear and light edge crushing; the ornaments themselves are in very good condition and the metal pieces show honest age patina. Sold as-is.
