A mid-20th-century decorative pedestal bowl in the style of mid-century modern glassware, crafted from translucent amethyst-coloured glass. The form comprises a deep, subtly panelled central well transitioning into a wide, flat, flared rim, supported by an integrated short pedestal foot. The base displays a polished pontil mark, confirming the piece is hand-blown. Height approx. 10.5 cm (measured against a ruler) Diameter approx. 19 cm (measured against a ruler). Condition: The item is in good overall condition with no visible chips, cracks, or signs of restoration. Minor surface scratches and light shelf wear are present on the underside of the foot, consistent with age and handled use.
