A pressed glass pedestal vase or ivy bowl attributed to Duncan & Miller, produced in a deep amethyst purple colour. The spherical body is decorated with a continuous hobnail pattern, featuring a smooth circular rim at the top opening. The vessel sits upon a short, tapered stem and a wide, flared circular foot with a domed profile and matching textured finish. Visible vertical mould seams indicate a pressed glass construction. The underside of the base contains an embossed copyright symbol within a circular mark at the centre. Height approx. 16.5 cm (measured against a visible tape measure). Condition: The vase is in good condition, free from visible chips, cracks, or restoration. The glass surfaces are clean and retain a high gloss finish throughout.
