This lot features a Soviet-era gas lighter, Model ZG-22, produced by the Lenemalier Plant (Завод «ЛенÑмальер») in Leningrad, USSR. The lighter is constructed with a rectangular blue enameled metal lower body and a polished chrome-tone metal upper section. It utilizes a side-mounted, knurled thumbwheel ignition mechanism. The base of the lighter is embossed with the Cyrillic text ЛЕÐЭМÐЛЬЕР and the factory logo. The item is accompanied by its original red textured presentation case with a burgundy velvet-lined interior and the original paper instruction manual and warranty card printed in Cyrillic, which identifies the manufacturer as NPO Lenteplopribor. Dimensions: Length approx. 2.5 inches (measured against visible tape measure). Condition: The lighter is in good vintage condition with minor surface lint and light signs of use consistent with age. The chrome-plated components show no significant oxidation or deep scratches, and the blue enamel remains intact. The presentation case and paper manual show light wear, creasing, and age-related toning.
