Autographed 1988 TV Sports Mailbag Hank Aaron MLB Hall Of Fame Induction 8X10 Stat Sheet (Limited Edition Of 1000) (JSA Authenticated) (JSA Certification: CS00432). A limited edition commemorative piece honoring one of the most important and accomplished players in baseball history and limited to just 1,000 examples. The display celebrates Aaron's induction into the National Baseball Hall of Fame while presenting the remarkable career statistics that established "Hammerin' Hank" as one of the game's greatest offensive forces. Aaron has personally signed the piece, with the autograph authenticated by James Spence Authentication (JSA), Certification #CS00432, providing important third party assurance for this exceptional Hall of Fame collectible. Over a magnificent 23 season Major League career from 1954 through 1976, primarily with the Milwaukee and Atlanta Braves, Aaron amassed 3,771 hits, 755 home runs, 2,297 RBI and 6,856 total bases, with his RBI and total base marks remaining Major League records. He earned 25 All Star selections under the era's selection format, captured the 1957 National League MVP Award, won three Gold Glove Awards and helped lead the Milwaukee Braves to the 1957 World Series championship. Aaron's defining moment came on April 8, 1974, when he launched career home run No. 715 to surpass Babe Ruth and become Major League Baseball's all time home run leader, accomplishing the feat while enduring extraordinary pressure and hostility and creating one of the most celebrated moments in American sports history. He ultimately extended the record to 755 home runs, a mark that stood for more than three decades. Aaron was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility in 1982, receiving 97.8 percent of the vote, and remained one of baseball's most respected figures until his passing in 2021 at the age of 86. Combining a Hank Aaron autograph, JSA authentication, limited edition production of only 1,000, Hall of Fame commemorative presentation and the legacy of baseball's longtime Home Run King, this exceptional piece represents a tremendous addition to any Hank Aaron, Braves, Hall of Fame or advanced baseball autograph collection.
