Appears to be a Smith & Wesson No. 2 Old Army revolver. Features a 6-shot tip-up revolver chambered in .32 RF with a 5-inch octagonal barrel. Key markings include SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD MASS on the rib and serial number 693 on the butt. It features wood bird’s head grips and includes a leather flap holster. Note - As an antique or black powder firearm, this item does not require a background check. The metal shows a matured dark patina with surface oxidation and light pitting. The wood grips exhibit wear consistent with age. The action appears to function correctly. The holster is worn.
