Serial # 11029. 14 Ga. single shot tip up shotgun with a 28” barrel. The bore is poor, rough with light to moderate pitting. The barrel has been cut back slightly. The metal finish on the barrel is brown patina showing scratches with a covering of rust. The blued metal finish on the receiver and lever is mostly a brown patina with a covering of moderate rust. The plain walnut stock and forearm are in very good condition showing some scattered light marks with finish wear. Steel butt plate. The action works fine. Made c. 1870’s to c. 1895.
