Serial # NSN. 12 Ga. single shot shotgun with a 28” barrel. The bore is poor, dirty, rusted and pitted. This is a Belgian made “Snider” style conversion of a military musket and often referred to as a “Zulu”. The top of barrel is not marked, the lock plate has marking that are illegible. The metal finish on the barrel, breech block receiver, trigger guard and butt plate is a dark brown patina with heavy rust. The plain walnut half stock is in fair to good condition showing dings and scratches and finish wear. There is a faint cartouche on the left side. The action works OK.
