Remington Model No. 4 Rolling Block

R Serial # 164089. .32 RF caliber single shot take-down boy’s rifle with a 24” octagon barrel. The bore is poor, dirty with corrosion. Side lever take-down variation. The metal finish on the barrel has been cleaned to bare metal showing numerous dings with scratches. The metal finish on the receiver is a gray patina with older cleaned surface rust, the top surfaces are turning brown. The plain walnut stock and forearm are in fair to good condition showing scattered dings, scratches and finish wear along with some dark staining on the butt. Original front and rear fixed sights. Steel butt plate. The action works fine. The No. 4 was made from 1890-1933. C&R.
