Serial # NSN. 12 Ga black powder muzzle loading percussion fired double barrel shotgun with 32” Damascus barrels. The bores are good with light rust. Made in England. The barrel rib Is marked “London Fine Twist”. The lock plates are marked “Moore & Co.” The metal finish on the Damascus barrels is a brown patina with thinning, scratches and wear at the muzzle and breech end. There are inlaid gold and silver bands at the breech end. The engraved frame/lock plates, the hammers and the engraved trigger guard are a worn gray patina. The checkered walnut half-stock held with a wedge with a decorative patch box is in very good condition showing scattered light marks with finish wear. The action works fine, but the right nipple is missing. Includes a wood ram rod.
