A vintage sterling silver jewellery suite by Bond Boyd, comprising a horizontal brooch and a pair of matching earrings. The brooch is designed with three-dimensional rose blossoms set amongst polished leaves and scrolling wire-work. The coordinating earrings each feature a single rose head suspended from a leaf motif, fitted with screw-back fastenings. The reverse of a leaf on the brooch is stamped with a rectangular mark for BOND BOYD and STERLING. Weight: 18 g Brooch length: approx. 3 inches (measured against a ruler). Condition: The jewellery presents in good vintage condition with surface wear and tarnishing consistent with age, particularly in the recessed areas of the rose petals. The brooch pin and earring screw-back mechanisms are in working order.
