Three large-format reference volumes published by the National Geographic Society. The collection includes The National Geographic Society: 100 Years of Adventure and Discovery, authored by C.D.B. Bryan and published in 1987 by Harry N. Abrams, Inc. in association with the Society. This volume is bound in brown grained leatherette with a gilt-stamped title and decorative laurel border. The second volume, Exploring Your World: The Adventure of Geography, was published in 1989 and features a dark green grained leatherette binding with a gilt compass rose design. The third volume, National Parks of North America, published in 1995, is bound in dark burgundy leatherette with a gilt-stamped illustration of a mountain and lake landscape. Each volume's spine is decorated with gilt titles and the National Geographic rectangular logo.Height: 11.5 inchesWidth: 9.5 inchesThe books are in excellent vintage condition. The grained leatherette bindings are well-preserved with sharp corners and bright, intact gilt stamping on the covers and spines. The interiors show no signs of foxing, ownership marks, or page tears in the visible sections. All three volumes are present without dust jackets.
