Chicago Electric 3-8 Inch Close Quarter Drill

Updated August 27, 2026

Corded right angle drill from Chicago Electric Power Tools. The data label reads Item 95877, 3/8 inch Keyless Close Quarter Drill, 120 VAC, 60 Hz, 3.2A, Ser. No. 370281230, Made in China. The gear housing at the head is cast metal embossed MAGNESIUM, with a keyless chuck and a small orange lock button on the collar. The body has orange forward and reverse switches and a trigger in the pistol grip, and the two prong power cord is attached and intact. Condition is used with scuffs on the black housing, light rust freckling on the magnesium head, and paint transfer on the chuck jaws. The chuck turns by hand. The drill was not plugged in or run, so it sells untested. A right angle drill has a very short head so it fits between wall studs, between floor joists and inside finished cabinets where a standard drill will not go, which makes it a plumber and electrician favorite. Chicago Electric is a house brand, so parts and accessories are widely available and cheap. Estimated Value: $15 to $30 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is.
