Monet Signed Gold Tone Brick Link Necklace

Signed Monet necklace in a bright yellow gold color, built from small flat rectangular links set edge to edge so the chain reads as a smooth ribbon of tiny gold bricks. The links are wider at the front and narrow slightly toward the back, giving a graduated collar look when worn. It closes with a fold-over box clasp, and the underside of that clasp is stamped with a copyright symbol followed by the name Monet, visible in the close-up photos. The finish is bright across most of the chain, but there is honest wear near the clasp where the gold color has thinned and a few small dark spots have formed on the metal. Everything moves freely, no links are bent or missing, and the clasp snaps shut firmly. Condition is good with the wear noted. Monet was a long running American costume jewelry house known for the quality of its chain and clasps, and a signed piece consistently brings more than an unsigned chain of the same style.
