Two pairs of handmade artisan drop earrings, four earrings in all. Each is built on a marquise frame of copper colored wire filled with tight horizontal rows of small beads lashed in place with dark brown waxed cord wrapped around the frame. The bead rows alternate deep red, turquoise blue with tan veining, faceted clear crystal, and faceted amber crystal, giving a Southwestern blanket stripe look. Both pairs hang from copper colored french wire hooks with hand formed wire loops. One pair is still carded on a black display card with clear rubber earring backs in place. Condition is very good on both pairs with all beads present, the cord wrapping tight, and a warm even copper tone with no green corrosion visible. Handmade beaded earrings are made one pair at a time and no two turn out exactly alike. Stones are untested and described from visual observation only. Estimated Value: $20 to $35 based on comparable recent sales. Sold as-is. Photos are the most accurate description of this lot. Written descriptions are a guide only and may contain errors.
