Two late Victorian sterling silver souvenir spoons featuring multi-color enameled heraldic finials. One spoon commemorates Canada with a shield finial marked RD 1901, while the second honors Toronto with a city crest and twisted stem marked REG'D 1902. Both feature heart-shaped bowls with intricate pierced scrollwork. The Toronto spoon measures 4.25 inches, the Canada spoon is 5 inches, and they weigh a total of 1.050 OZT. The spoons exhibit expected surface tarnish (photos 1, 7). Minor enamel losses are visible on the Canada shield (photo 8); the Toronto crest is largely intact. The delicate pierced metalwork and twisted stem show no structural damage.
