These German World War II black pebbled leather cartridge pouches feature three-pocket designs for Kar98k rifle ammunition strippers measuring 8 1/2 x 4 x 1 1/2 inches. Each pouch unit incorporates three individually flapped compartments, front leather closure straps, metal stud fasteners, dual rear belt loops, and a central steel suspender D-ring. One pouch displays manufacturer stampings for Jean Weipert in Offenbach am Main dated 1942 alongside an official military Waffenamt acceptance mark, prior to the widespread shift to three-letter ordnance codes such as "jhz". Additional late-war Reichsbetriebsnummer code "0/1032/0001" remains clearly visible on the reverse side. Offenbach am Main translates to Offenbach on the Main. The leather retains strong structural integrity with intact stitching, displaying light field wear and minor surface friction marks from period use.
