This period-original wall relief plaque features a sharply defined left-profile portrait of Adolf Hitler. Measuring 11.25 inches in diameter and weighing 806g (approx. 1 lb 12 oz), the medallion is executed in heavy cast zinc with a factory-applied bronze finish. The surface retains a matte, uncleaned presentation typical of official office and institutional display during the Third Reich. The plaque exhibits crisp anatomical detail due to its "shell-back" casting technique. On the reverse ,an integrated hanging loop is present, and the finish has developed a stable, dark patina consistent with age. The rim and overall structure display no signs of corrosion, zinc pest, or damage, evidencing careful preservation throughout its existence. This size and style were standard for government and public use in the era referenced.
