This early July 1936 Issue 14 of the German air defense magazine Die Sirene (The Siren), published in Berlin by the Reichsluftschutzbund, measures 15 by 11 inches. The full-color wraps feature graphic artwork monogrammed "HR" displaying a global mapwith flight routes, airships, and aircraft titled Flugverkehr rund um die Erde (Air Traffic Around the Earth) accompanying the featured article Der Angriff auf den Nordatlantik (The Attack on the North Atlantic). The back cover artwork extends the starry sky graphic with sunbeams emanating across a teal and black background. Condition shows minor spine splitting, edge wear, corner folding, and light creasing along the fold line.
