This 1920s softcover volume titled Der Bodensee in Poesie und Bild Band 2, which translates to "Lake Constance in Poetry and Picture Volume 2," features a pastedown image of a lakeside castle on green paper covers. Printed in German Fraktur type, the book pairs poetic verses by authors such as Eduard Mörike and Ignaz Heinrich von Wessenberg with full-page black and white photo illustrations depicting scenes around Lake Constance, including sailing vessels and crashing waves titled Altes Segelboot and Brandung. The booklet measures 5.5 by 4.25 inches. Condition shows visible water damage on the top cover and first few pages, alongside edge rubbing, light corner wear, and minor surface spots, while the interior pages remain complete and firmly bound.
