An official Third Reich Arbeitsbuch (Labor Book, Nr. 82/Str 7743) issued on August 27, 1936, by the Arbeitsamt Stralsund (Nebenstelle Barth) to Ernst Niemann, born February 23, 1918, in Lütten-Klein (Rostock). Measuring 6.0 by 4.25 inches, the workbook features a brown cardstock cover printed with the Reichsadler eagle and title. Inside, the document records Niemann's completed baker's apprenticeship (Bäcker) from February 1932 to April 1935 at Bäckerei G. Tschirnch in Marlow i. M., followed by various employment positions as a baker's assistant (Bäckergehilfe) through early 1940. Employment entries feature official company stamps and signatures, including those from Fritz Reuter Bäckerei u. Konditorei (Dtd.-Hörde) and Hermann Schloer Brot- u. Feinbäckerei (Annweiler/Pfalz), alongside official status stamps from Arbeitsamt Landau i. d. Pf. and Arbeitsamt Stralsund.
