ca. late 19th century; Attributed to Jonas Bucher, Clay Twp. Lancaster Co. treenware cherry wood turning following form of Joseph Lehn's footed saffron cup with a ball knob on pierced tight-seated lid, dark mahogany stained upper collar and lid with rag doll decorated on clear coated lower. 2" dia. X 4 1/2"H; Condition: paper note in interior states "from home". Very good.
