ca. early 20th century; 1. Small yellow painted cottage with green shutters and door, tan trim and red painted "tile" roof, raised porch with peaked dormer and flower boxes with hand-crafted flowers, some hand-crafted chairs and furniture. The right side of the cottage is hinged for access and wired for lighting, 12 1/2" x 10 1/4" x 11 1/4", Condition: good, minor paint loss, missing a chimney from back side of room. 2. Small white painted raised cottage with shed roof porch and single dormer on brown painted roof with green painted trim accents, 9 1/4" x 8" x 7 1/4", Condition: similar paint peeling, no major damage.
