ca. 19th - 20th century; 1. Rare walnut wood auction clerk's two-drawer till-box, specialty crafted two brass screw knobs on sides to allow use with a hanger strap. The walnut wood top is smooth surfaced to allow easy writing, the till-drawer has pull-out drawers with off-center dividers and left interior drawer marked in pencil, "E.G. Book, Clerk" (designed for use at old country auctions), Condition: bottom has multiple paper linings with pencil calculations; bump to one corner. 2. Pennsylvania Chippendale mirror "remnant" in mahogany bead and flat ogee molded frame, retaining scroll-cut crest of old Chippendale-type frame, 15" x 11 3/4" x 1 3/4", Condition: extensively missing everything except crest piece. Mirror is mercury glass that is starting to show loss of silvering or "flaking".
