Vintage Mid-Century Women's Formal Accessories

This lot features a vintage mid-century(1940s to 60s) collection of formal women's evening wear accessories. The grouping includes a hand-beaded clutch purse with a satin exterior, silver-tone Kiss-lock closure, pastel bug-motif glass beadwork, and an interior cloth tag marked "Hand Beaded Made in Hong Kong." Also included are two pairs of vintage formal high heels: a pair of silver metallic leather open-toe slingback heels (marked size 8) and a pair of off-white woven fabric pumps with silver scroll embroidery by Quali-Craft De Luxe. Completing the ensemble is a pair of long white fabric opera gloves featuring button closures at the wrist. Items show wear consistent with age and use. The clutch displays minor light soiling along the fabricedges, with all beadwork appearing intact and a smooth zipper closure on the interior pocket. The metallic silver heels exhibit scuffing, finish loss near the toes, and light soil to the footbeds. The Quali-Craft pumps show faint age discoloration,minor glue residue at the insoles, and wear to the soles. The opera gloves present light soiling, primarily at the fingertips. Dimensions for the clutch measure 8 x 5 in. Heels measure approximately 3 in. high. Gloves measure 18 in. long.
