Vintage 70s Gossard Artemis Blue Embroidered Robe

Dating to around the 1970s, this vintage women's full-length caftan style robe was produced for Gossard by Artemis. Crafted from a smooth bright blue polyester and fleece blend fabric in a size Small, the gown features an embroidered mandarin collarwith red piping edge, a concealed partial front zipper, and three-quarter length sleeves. Intricate red and peach lace-like embroidered floral scrollwork details the chest panel and sleeve cuffs. The interior collar retains the original maker tag marked "Gossard ARTEMIS, size S". This example presents in good vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. Faint surface soil spots are visible along the front embroidered panel upon close inspection. Seams, embroidery, and zipper function appear sound. Measurements are 19 in. chest (armpit to armpit flat), 17.5 in. sleeve length, and 53 in. overall length from shoulder to hem.
