Designed to be worn over a corset, the garment features a pointed, structured waistband that transitions into a full, gathered petticoat skirt. The lower hem is heavily embellished with a tiered flounce ofembroidered eyelet lace ruffles and fine lace insertions. The open-style back bodice fastens at the lower waist with a vertical placket of small white buttons.
